A family document states that Emma's mother died when Emma was nine years old.
That would make date of her mother's death about 1875 which does not fit with date
of death for Milendy Phillips of 1912.
It also states her father's name was Joseph.
Same document states her step-mother's name was Margaret and that Emma had a 1/2
brother name Joe. Another family document states she had a 1/2 sister Sue (Johnson) Lewis.
