Josiah JOHNSON (Jordan, Father) was born 1775 in Virginia
He died 1813 in Washington Co., Indiana
Buried in Colglazier Cem., Washington Twp., Washington Cty., Indiana
Josiah married Sarah WRIGHT, in 1796 in North Carolina.
They moved to Indiana Territory (Clark's Grant) in 1807.
In the spring of 1809, with brothers-in-law James Allen and Noah Fouts,
went to Washington County and settled about two miles southwest of Salem, Indiana.
Sarah was born in 1781, Rowan Cty., North Carolina.
She is daughter of Richard WRIGHT, Jr. and Nancy MORGAN,
Sarah remarried 03/19/1818 Washington County, Ind. to Joseph F. SHULL
Sarah had three children with Joseph. Elizabeth Ann Shull(Lyon) , Philip Shull and Nelson Shull
She died in 1849 in Vigo County, IN
Those that did Washington County, IN cemetery book seem to think she is buried in Knox County, IN.
How they came to that conclusion is unknown.
